Shipping

We use a number of regional shipping agents, postal services and courier companies, therefore all our shipping rates are calculated through our online shop checkout feature, by clicking the “I agree with terms & conditions tickbox” you are confirming the country and or zone and agreeing to the displayed shipping rate, if for any reason this is calculated incorrectly we will contact you prior to dispatch confirming the correct rate & will reimburse or charge any difference, should you wish not toi proceed after this period we can cancel and reimburse your payment. We will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order, once the item is in stock. Deliveries within Ireland are mostly delivered 5 – 8 days after dispatch though please allow 8 working days after you receive your email dispatch notification.

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. Cancelling Orders, Payment & Pricing

Cancelling your Order
We do not offer a “Right To Cancel” policy for all Goods available on our Website, due to our herbal tinctures being bespoke made and water filter equipment being shipped directly from the manufacturer. You may cancel your order for consultation services by notifying us in writing or by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., up to 48 hrs before agreed consultation times. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. However, your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT (if chargeable) at the applicable rate. Delivery charges if applicable are not included. If you are purchasing with a non-euro credit card the exchange rate shown on your statement is set by your card provider and not by Carahealth. Carahealth reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to withdraw from sale any products advertised online at any stage without prior notification.

All transactions are highly encrypted and your card details are never passed on to Carahealth or any other party. For all direct bank deposits, these are subject to the conditions set by the banks.
